Adem\u00e1s, el ejercicio puede ayudar a prevenir el aumento de peso excesivo o ayudar a conservar la p\u00e9rdida de peso, ya que, se pierden calor\u00edas. Mientras m\u00e1s intensa sea la actividad, m\u00e1s calor\u00edas quemar\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los beneficios de la tener actividad f\u00edsica en nuestra rutina es que sirve como un est\u00edmulo emocional y desahogo despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda estresante. Una rutina de aer\u00f3bicos o una caminata r\u00e1pida pueden ayudar. La actividad f\u00edsica estimula varias sustancias qu\u00edmicas cerebrales que pueden hacer que te sientas m\u00e1s feliz, m\u00e1s relajado y menos ansioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de los beneficios de hacer ejercicios son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Reduce el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares.<br>\u2022 Ayuda a controlar el sobrepeso.<br>\u2022 Reduce la presi\u00f3n arterial.<br>\u2022 Fortalece los hueso y articulaciones.<br>\u2022 Permite tener mayor equilibrio y coordinaci\u00f3n.<br>\u2022 Reduce la ansiedad.<br>\u2022 Ayuda a dormir mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Recuerda consultar con tu m\u00e9dico antes de comenzar un nuevo programa de ejercicios, especialmente si tienes alguna preocupaci\u00f3n acerca de tu estado f\u00edsico, no has hecho ejercicio durante mucho tiempo, tienes problemas de salud cr\u00f3nicos, como enfermedades card\u00edacas, diabetes o artritis.<\/p><cite>www.mayoclinic.org<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Para concluir, el cuerpo humano necesita de movimientos para mantenerse sano, vigoroso y fuerte. Por ese motivo es que nos sentimos bien, ya que el mantener una vida sedentaria, hace que sufra varias parte del cuerpo como:  articulaciones, m\u00fasculos, tendones entre otros, sin embargo, hacer esfuerzos f\u00edsicos no es algo que se puede hacer a la ligera, siempre es recomendable tener un gu\u00eda m\u00e9dico y f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
